Article 1 – Company Information

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded between Viorentine and consumers located in the United Kingdom. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.


Article 3 – The Offer

All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes and minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. Obvious pricing or typographical errors are not binding. All prices are shown in GBP (£).


Article 4 – Formation of the Contract

A contract is formed when you place an order, complete payment and receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.


Article 5 – Prices and Import Charges

All prices are listed in British Pounds. If goods are shipped from outside the United Kingdom, import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier upon delivery.


Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days. If delivery exceeds 30 days and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been successfully delivered.


Article 7 – Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at info@viorentine.com within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.


Article 8 – Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to personalised products, sealed hygiene items once opened, or products clearly marked as non-returnable.


Article 9 – Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Return shipping for faulty goods will be covered by us.


Article 10 – Returns Procedure

All returns must be approved before being sent. Unapproved returns may not be processed. Returned items must be securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Returns may be processed through our international warehouse.


Article 11 – Payment

Payment must be completed before dispatch. We accept major UK payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.


Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email. We aim to respond within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent court in the United Kingdom.


Article 13 – Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.


Article 14 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

We collect personal data including name, address, email, phone number, payment details, IP address and device information when you visit or make a purchase on our website. This data is used to process orders, deliver products, prevent fraud and improve our services. Marketing communications are only sent if consent is given.


We may share data with trusted third parties such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping partners to fulfil orders and operate our business. All processing is carried out in accordance with UK GDPR.
