All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Estimated delivery time:

7–14 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Promotional free shipping may be offered during selected campaigns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.

7. Lost, Stolen or Marked-as-Delivered Parcels

 

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel:

  1. Check with neighbours

  2. Check safe locations around your property

  3. Contact the courier directly

 

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We reserve the right to initiate a courier investigation before issuing any replacement or refund.

Please note:

Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

 


 

8. Split Shipments

 

To ensure faster dispatch, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

You will not incur additional shipping charges.

 


 

9. Refused or Uncollected Parcels

 

If a parcel is refused or not collected:

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 


 

10. Risk & Ownership

 

Ownership and responsibility for goods pass to the customer once the parcel has been confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
