1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email before returning the item.
2. Extended Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, VIORENTINE. PARIS offers a 28-day return window from the date of delivery.
Items must meet the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging

No signs of wear, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains or damage

Footwear must be returned with original box in protective outer packaging
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

4. Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

VIORENTINE. PARIS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the UK:
