Can I change or cancel my order?

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your address.

Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee rerouting. Incorrect address submissions are the responsibility of the customer.

Where is my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I did not receive it.

  2. Check safe places around your property
  3. Contact the courier directly

If the parcel cannot be located, contact us within 7 days so we can initiate an investigation.

This allows us to maintain quality control and avoid overproduction.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
